Note :-

• Please fill the form online, available on the school website ONLYwww.davjasola.com. (NurseryAdmission). Take the printout of filled form (Nursery Admission) paste photograph and submit it along with the required documents at the school gate no 1 (9:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m.) of the school, if the form not submitted at the school gate no 1 registration will be cancelled. The Payment will be made through ONLINE ONLY.
• Incomplete/Incorrect/Duplicate Registration forms will be rejected.
• Do not use symbols like -/ or ‘ or “ : or Etc. while filling the form online as these symbols cannot be accepted by the software.
• Kindly fill the application form carefully.
• Please be sure that all the information duly filled regarding your ward’s particulars i.e. date of birth, address proof, sibling proof (fee slip of latest month of brother/sister studying in the same school i.e. DAV JASOLA VIHAR), AlumniProof (passed out certificate from DAV JASOLA/SARITA VIHAR) should be correct as per the details in the original documents
• All the supporting documents and application form must be self-attested otherwise the form will be cancelled.
• Proof of Residence should match with the address filled in the application form. Mis-matched details or documents will be cancelled.
• Forms without the supporting documents at the time of verification will be cancelled and not be entertained for further process.
• List of selected candidates (First list) and waiting list can be checked only on the School’s website (www.davjasola.com) on JANUARY 12, 2024 (FRIDAY) (03:00 p.m.)
• Please check the general instructions at school website before filling up the form and the distance of your area as well.
• 25 % seats reserved for students under EWS / Disadvantaged category. Registration will be made on the Website of Directorate of Education (www.edudel.nic.in)

             Following self attested copies to be attached at the time of submission of Registration Form at School Counter :-

1. Birth Certificate of child issued by MCD/NDMC/MunicipalCorporation of any other state.

2. Proof of Residence (Any two) – Self Attested photocopy of Parent(s) Ration

Card, Smart Card /Voter’s Identity Card/Telephone Bill/Electricity Bill/Water

Bill/Passport/Gas Connection/Domicile certificate of Parent, Receipt/Registered

Rent Agreement/ Aadhar Card.

3. Proof to validate sibling application [copy of last fee receipt/I-card/Report card

of brother/sister] already studying in DAV Public School, Jasola Vihar, New

Delhi

4. Proof of Alumnus, if applicable [Copy of T.C / Mark sheet / Report Card] to be

attached with the form.
