Class : Pre Primary
Activitiy : Gandhi Jayanti Celebration - Cleanliness Drive
On Gandhi Jayanti, pre-primary children engaged in a meaningful celebration to honor Mahatma Gandhi. The day began with a discussion about the significance of this national festival and the values Gandhi embodied, such as non-violence, truth, and integrity.
To illustrate these teachings, the children learned about the story of Gandhiji's "Three Monkeys," which emphasizes seeing no evil, hearing no evil, and speaking no evil. This engaging narrative helped the children understand the importance of good ethics and moral values in their daily lives.
Following the discussions, the children participated in a cleanliness drive around the school premises, embodying Gandhi's vision of "Swachh Bharat." They cleaned their surroundings, learning the value of cleanliness and community service.
This hands-on activity not only instilled a sense of responsibility but also reinforced the teachings of Gandhiji in a practical manner. Through these celebrations, the children gained a deeper appreciation for Gandhi's legacy and the importance of integrity, cleanliness, and social responsibility.

Class 1 Activity
Title- Bapu- The idol of worship
On the auspicious occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, the children of Class 1 participated in a meaningful colouring activity titled "Bapu – The Idol of Worship." This day, celebrated on October 2nd each year, marks the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the father of our nation, who is remembered for his values of truth, non-violence, and simplicity.
The children, with great enthusiasm, brought to life pictures of Gandhiji through bright and vivid colours. While engaging in this creative task, they also learned about his ideals and how his life continues to inspire millions. The activity was a delightful way to introduce young minds to the significance of Gandhi Jayanti, allowing them to appreciate the legacy of Bapu.
