On August 31, 2024, the Centre of Excellence (COE) Delhi East orchestrated a transformative gender sensitization workshop at DAV Public School, Jasola Vihar, with a vision to cultivate an environment of inclusivity and equity by dismantling gender stereotypes, biases, and discrimination.
Workshop Objectives:

- Commencement: The workshop commenced with a heartfelt welcome of the distinguished Mentors, Ms. Taniya Joshi and Dr. Reetika Bhandari, by the school principal, Dr. V.K. Barthwal, symbolized through the presentation of saplings, reflecting the nurturing of a society founded on equality.
The workshop was attended by the teachers of the host school and various other schools.
