#VIVIDHA 2024 Dance Event & Valedictory ceremony
We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of the VIVIDHA 2024 Offline Dance events for both Junior and Senior categories held on the 28th of August, 2024. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to DAV Public School, Jasola Vihar, for their outstanding performance—securing the first position in the Junior category and the runner-up position in the Senior category under the able mentorship of Mam Manju.
The event was graced by the Valedictory Ceremony, where the winners and runners-up of all online events, held earlier on the 20th and 24th of August, were felicitated on stage. Our distinguished Chief Guests, Shri Baldev Mahajan and Dr. Prabha Mahajan, along with the esteemed dance judges, Mr. Mani Thapa and Mrs. Pooja Kapoor, honored the event in-charges, participants, and winners with certificates and trophies.
The Chief Guests delivered inspiring words of motivation, encouraging all students and teachers to continue striving for excellence. The event began with a warm traditional welcome, including a tilak ceremony and the showering of petals, led by our Principal, Dr. V.K. Barthwal, all the Supervisory heads of all wings , and the VIVIDHA overall event coordinator, Mrs. Priyanka Bhattacharjee, along with Mam Shalini and the students. They were then escorted to MPH 1, where the event unfolded, beginning with the auspicious lamp lighting ceremony, followed by a welcome song, DAV Gaan, and a powerful speech by Principal Sir.
The dance performances by various school participants were extraordinarily showcased, demonstrating immense talent and creativity. A special mention to Mam Kanta Sharma for guiding the students in compering the event with excellence. We also commend our student coordinators—Gaurav Thakur, Ansh Chaudhary, and Riyan Khan—whose pivotal role in planning and coordination contributed immensely to the event's success. They, too, were deservedly recognized on stage with a trophy of appreciation.
