On August 10, 2024, students from Classes X and XII of DAV Public School, Jasola Vihar, embarked on an enriching visit to the Delhi Book Fair at Pragati Maidan. Guided by the school's Library Incharges, Ms. Simrit and Ms. Arti Singh, the excursion provided a valuable educational experience focused on the theme "Global Influence of Indian Books."
The fair's theme was brought to life through an array of stalls and exhibitions that showcased the rich literary heritage of India and its global resonance. Students explored a broad spectrum of literature, from ancient scriptures to modern-day masterpieces, each reflecting the significant influence of Indian authors on the global literary landscape.
