Activity: Diwali Celebration- खुशियों की दीवाली(ll)
This Diwali, our pre-primary students filled everyone with joy and enthusiasm . Principal Sir and Supervisor Ma'am, along with all the teachers, gave an auspicious beginning to the celebration with heartfelt prayers and the lighting of diyas to invoke blessings for a prosperous start.
The children confidently delivered speeches explaining the significance of Diwali, emphasizing the importance of celebrating it in an eco-friendly manner.
Another highlight of the event was a spirited nukkad natak, where the children performed a skit advocating for a "No to Crackers" movement. Their powerful message raised awareness about the harmful effects of firecrackers on pets, stray animals, the elderly, and infants, showcasing their understanding of environmental responsibility.
The celebration also featured a solo song that resonated with the festive spirit and a captivating dance performance to "Mere Ghar Ram Aaye Hain." with little dancers dressed beautifully expressing the immense joy and devotion in welcoming Lord Raam. Children also dramatised as Lord Ram, Laxman, Sita, and Hanuman, with charm and enthusiasm.
With beautiful decorations enhancing the festive ambiance, the event was a wonderful success, highlighting the creativity and confidence of our young learners.
